Southern Capital is a niche London property development company specialising in sourcing, securing and gaining of planning permission on unique and under-utilised sites within London.

We transform these sites, maximising their potential through innovative contemporary design. Various community stakeholders are consulted and expertise are drawn from consultants including arborists, right to light and soil specialists through to landscape designers, traffic and planning professionals. Each project is tightly managed to ensure the site is available for development as soon as possible.

The projects are varied and range in size and complexity. They include a one-off Passivhaus in a conservation area, concealed bungalows on a narrow back-land site and upmarket apartments in large landscaped grounds.
